About Yancy

While growing up in Maryland, both my parents were educators who inspired me to follow my dreams. I began serving others with a military career in the Air Force.  There, I learned skills in technology, team membership and leadership.  After my military service I studied math, political science, philosophy and played tennis at Santa Barbara City College in California.  My college tennis coach had a saying, “tennis for life”, and I still play and follow events around the world.  I put these experiences into motion, as well as my parent’s teachings about service and heritage of professionalism.

I translate my service to others by helping people with their real estate needs.  My approach is simple:  listen, guide, and negotiate each transaction to achieve client objectives quickly.  I strive to secure your trust and loyalty by providing excellent results with useful educational tools through video and email updates while keeping you on the cutting edge of real estate.  My dedication and strong work ethic make each deal a success.
